In this course you will learn how to cultivate simple yet effective mindfulness skills to help reduce physical, mental and emotional stress. Mindfulness training develops your capacity to pause, relax and recharge - anywhere and anytime.
For 35 years Amara Saraswati has been teaching mindfulness practices for stress reduction in private consultation, schools, workplaces, community groups, retreat centres and hospitals (including South Pacific Private Hospital, Royal North Shore Hospital and Manly Hospital). Amara is committed and passionate in supporting individuals to enhance their lives and wellbeing through the training and practice of mindfulness.
