Mentoring Business

The highly skilled and experienced business volunteers and qualified staff in our business unit can help smaller community organisations in areas of governance, fiscal and strategic planning, financial management and control and cost effective marketing.

For Community Organisations - Our Business Mentoring Service

Community organisations can contact us to arrange an informal, obligation free meeting to discuss their particular management needs where we work together to canvas a range of appropriate options with the aim of identifying the preferred paths to achieving the desired goals.

Once we have together established the most appropriate path we contact one of our highly skilled and experienced senior business executive volunteers with expertise in the required field. We then facilitate an introductory meeting and discussion to analyse the areas requiring attention in order to provide an ongoing planning and mentoring service.

Through our links to highly regarded business corporations, we can link community organisations with experts in the following areas:

  • Operational Accounting
  • Financial Structuring and Controls
  • Understanding and Developing a Strategic Plan
  • Corporate Standards of Governance
  • Human Resources Planning
  • Branding and Message Enhancement
  • Event Management, Promotions & Public Relations
  • Project Management
  • Marketing via the Internet
